1. Working principle
The motor vibration feeder uses two vibration motors of the same
specification as the excitation source, and uses the eccentric
blocks at both ends of the vibration motor to generate the
excitation force, which is an ideal vibration drive device. The
feeding process of the motor vibrating feeder is realized by
reciprocating linear vibration in the inclined direction of the
feeding trough. When the component of the vibration acceleration of
the tank body is greater than the component of the gravitational
acceleration in the vertical direction of the tank body, the
material in the tank is thrown up and jumps forward according to
the parabolic wheel track. Each time the tank body vibrates, the
material will be thrown up once , In this way, the material
continuously jumps forward at the vibration frequency of the tank
body to achieve the purpose of feeding.
